What A$350 a month covers

  • Front Desk — answers calls, texts, web chat and social DMs on the number you already advertise, day or night.
  • Follow-Up — runs your quote follow-up sequence by SMS and email, and stops the moment they reply.
  • Diary — books against your real availability, sends reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, and chases no-shows.
  • Billing — sends the invoice and payment link when you mark the job done, then runs overdue reminders.
  • Reputation — asks for the review after the money lands, and drafts your replies under your rules.
  • Comeback — brings opted-in past customers back with service and seasonal reminders you approve first.

Software, one business phone number and a website are included, along with weekly reporting and a monthly review. Your voice, SMS and email allowances are set out in your proposal before you start, and we ask you to approve any additional spend. Payment-processing fees are separate. The set-up fee

The one-off set-up fee is A$1,490 including GST. It is waived for businesses that join during our launch promotion, so there is nothing to pay for set-up today.

You are not buying software to configure yourself. We set your version up from what you tell us on the onboarding call, and we keep running it.

What happens after you pay

  1. You book your onboarding call

    You land straight on a booking page. Nothing gets configured before this call, so the sooner it's booked the sooner your set-up starts.

  2. We run the onboarding call

    You walk us through your services and prices, your hours, your booking rules and what should always come straight to you. You don't need to prepare anything — we ask the questions.

  3. We configure your system

    All six agents are set up from that call. We agree the timeline with you on the call itself.

  4. You approve before anything goes live

    You read the answers, the booking rules and the hand-offs and sign them off. Nothing answers your phone or messages a customer until you have.

  5. Go-live on a date we agree

    We switch it on live on your number and channels. Your 30-day money-back guarantee runs from that agreed go-live date.

There's no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee. Cancel any time by emailing [email protected]; billing stops at the end of the monthly period you've already paid for.

If Syztem isn't right for you, email us within 30 calendar days of your agreed go-live date and we'll refund your first monthly service payment — and the set-up fee, if you paid one.
